Vanilla & White Chocolate Cheesecake Cupcakes

Recipe;

1/2 -cup- Sugar

1/2 -cup- Butter

2 Eggs & 1/2 -teaspoon- Vanilla

1  -cup- Flour

2 -tablespoon- Milk

to decorate;

(175.g) White Chocolate

(175.g) Cream Cheese

1  1/2 -teaspoon- Vanilla

6 -Tablespoon- icing sugar “سكر ناعم”

6 -Tablespoon- Sour Cream

you bake the cake – like any other cake – you should start first with the butter and sugar -mix them very well- then add the eggs and vanilla

last the flour and the milk —

To decorate ;; put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set it over a pan of simmering water – leave it till it melted-

then add the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and the sugar -mixx them every well

Smooth the cream cheese mixture over the cakes, up to the rim of the paper case, then refrigerate for at least 1.1/2 hours until se.

Decorate with fresh strawberries “” quoted form the book “CUPCAKE–HEAVEN” -SUSANNAH BLAKE-

what i did it i made the white chocolate first – put it n the fridge  then made the cake
