this is my favorite cake ever, i have been making it for a year now. .
Ingredients for the “Brownie Batter“:
1 Stick (1/2 Cup/120g) Unsalted butter,
2 Ounces (60g/ 3/4 Cup) Unsweetened chocolate,
1 Cup sugar
2 Large eggs (~63g)
1/2 Tsp Pure vanilla
2/3 Cup Plain white flour
Ingredients for the “Cheesecake Batter“:
8 Ounces (240g) Cream cheese,”Philadelphia cheese”
1/3 Cup Castor sugar
1 Large egg yolk (from a 70g egg)
1/4 Tsp Pure vanilla
1/ at first open the oven to 180° C (350° F).
2/ will being with the cheesecake batter ingredients; mix all the ingredients together very well , put it in a small bowl until smooth.
3/ will do the brownie batter ingredients; first mix the butter with the suger
very well when it become smooth add the eggs. after add the vanilla & salt.
at the end add the flour as well as the chocolate.
4/ pour the cheesecake batter ingredients; over brownie batter, then swirl in with a knife or spatula.
5/ Bake until the edges are slightly puffed and center is just set, about 35-40 minutes.
