I am into “Cupcake” those days…
ever since i bought this book from the book fair
(SUPERIOR CUP CAKE)
the spring started weeks ago!! nothing to do!
which is wired thing, cuz with the university i have too many things
to do with no time, when i am finally free suddenly nothing to do..
butter using my time in something good like baking!
therefor every family event i don’t go empty handed
i have been baking lots of cup cake lately. going to share with you one recipe
i will be uploading more recipe by time..

Marshmallow cup cake
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk powder
1 tea spoon baking powder
A dash salt Bon appetit
3 tea spoon water
1 cup coconut
Pieces of marshmallows (it is recommended to us the fruit sauce stuff marshmallows)
The Chocolate sacue :
1/2 cup broken chocolate
1/2 cup thick cream
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butter
– Mix the sugar and the eggs until thick then add the vanilla and the oil.
– Add dry ingredients to the egg mixture followed by the water
– Divide the cake mixture into the cup cake mold then bake in the
oven until well done (the don’t require along baking time)
(for me i leave them 15 m )..
–Remove the cup cake from the oven then immediately place a piece
of marshmallow in each cup cake then place the cakes in the oven again
for 3 more minute (with the oven’s closed)
–Remove the cakes from the oven then keep aside unitl warm then add
1 teaspoon of the prepared chocolate sauce on the surface of the surface of the cup cake
To prepare the chocolate sauce :
-Melt the chocolate and the butter in water bath then add the choocolate
-Stir until the ingredient are uniformly mixed together then keep the mixture aside to cool ..
